Pairing |
South Tyrolean dishes such as smoked meats (speck and bresaola), but also venison salted meat with mushrooms in oil and fresh cheese mousse, or sour beef. Another interesting combination is with tagliatelle pasta with sausage, or with mixed boiled meat in green sauce with parsley potatoes. |
