At Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné there are no great wines without great grapes, the culture of the vine is the heart of our profession; each vine must be able to ripen its grapes in the best conditions and attract the taste of the soil into the soil. Concerned about preserving the quality of our land and the diversity of our terroir, we have long practiced a sweet viticulture, and all our vineyard has been officially converted to organic farming since 2013. Efforts to minimize our impact environmental In 2012 we obtained the ISO 14 001 certification and our work on biodiversity, the certification of exploitation with high environmental value, in 2015. The excellence of the cuvées Paul Jaboulet Elder is based on very high quality fruit, sublimated by a meticulous vinification and a breeding of great finesse.
