A powerful Riesling Auslese. Only the ripest and noblest grapes are hand selected to produce this expressive wine of enormous lenght, so typical for Saar Riesling from an outstanding vintage. Riche, complex and multi-layered, this wine displays floral notes, white fruits, nutmeg and white pepper typical of the Ockfener Bockstein vineyard.

It offers a kaleidoscope of scents, sweets and minerals, which include candied and exotic fruits, spices, honey, biscuit and marzipan notes.

Flavour

Sweet, juicy and creamy, with fruity and mineral notes still in the foreground. The finish, fresh and clean, is particularly refined and seductive. A real nectar of the gods.

History	Riesling from these areas are legendary, and as full of life as ever. Some 1,700 years of uninterrupted viticulture have created a unique bond between its natural and cultural landscapes.
Origin	Leiwen/Mosel (Germany)
Vinification	The grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented in large stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate aromas to the maximum fine and original Riesling.
Ageing	The wine then matures in traditional barrels of 1,000 liters and is bottled after a light filtration.
