Each hill, even each vineyard, produces its own particular 'Dolcetto', with clearly differentiated and easily identifiable characteristics. It is due to the particular composition of the soil of our Langhe, rich in mineral salts, that the Dolcetto of these areas, in addition to a remarkable structure, has a vinosity and a great richness of taste and olfactory sensations, which differentiate and characterise it.
