Skerk Malvaszija 2019

A native variety, closely linked to the territory and local traditions, almost unknown in other Mediterranean regions. Resistant to bora and drought, it gives life to a fine and elegant wine, moderately alcoholic.

Colour

Ancient gold.

Bouquet

The nose has an intense floral timbre expressed with notes of broom, chamomile and acacia, which is followed by notes of candied ginger, syrupy fruit, medicinal herbs and a rich bag of sweet spices.

Flavour

A taste of excellent balance, with decided freshness, combined with an almost spicy flavour, perfectly integrated into the sip. Long final savoury and spicy.

Pairing

Aperitif wine and marries well with all appetizers, pasta dishes, delicate, light fish.
