Cladrecis is an ancient town 314 metres above sea level, in the Comune of Prepotto, a magical place where brothers Pierpaolo and Luca Sirch have undertaken their project to restore the ancient vineyards. The area is on the edge of the Colli Orientali DOC region in Friuli.

Colour

Intense yellow with a distinct golden hue.

Bouquet

The nose is elegant, complex and harmonious. The citrus notes blend with creamy sensations of pastry, vanilla, crème brûlée . Balsamic finish.

Flavour

Complex and harmonious supported by an elegant acidity, mineral and savoury. The richness of tropical fruit and dried fruit blend with creamy notes of pastry in persistent sensations of elegance.

Pairing

Particularly suitable for fish dishes, white meat and cheese. Dessert with cream, berries and lemon. At the top with salmon.

Climate	The micro-climate is characterized by good breezes, a pronounced range of temperatures.
Soil composition	Marly soil.
Vinification	The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. The must obtained undergoes static decantation at low temperature before being fermented in barriques.
Ageing	At the end of fermentation the wine remains in barrique for another 10 months on the yeasts which are periodically put back into suspension. At the end of this period it is bottled and refined in bottles before being put on the market.
