Lime, sun stone polished by the wind. Alchemy of a stone gathered from the earth, melted by fire and shaped according to art and ingenuity. Pink as a sunset over the sea, Calce Rosé is the image of our vineyards dried in the summer sun, the fruit of a land that in simplicity rediscovers its immeasurable beauty.

	Perlage Fine and persistent mousse.
	Colour Pale copper rosé.
	Bouquet Fresh citrus fruit touches and delicate floral notes enrich a bouquet of red fruits with delicate bread dough aroma.
	Flavour Vibrant and lively on the palate with a certain elegance enhanced by evolving notes as well as by a firm and, at the same time, soft structure.

Pairing

It pairs well with light-to-medium structured first and second fish courses.
