||50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 25% Syrah
||Merlot and Syrah: 10-15 september, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon first days of October.
||The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes choosing only the perfectly ripe and healthy grapes. The wine is made separately for each variety in temperature controlled stainless steel with a maceration of 30 days. This is followed by malolactic fermentation immediately after racking.
||It is aged for 12 months in 350 liter tonneau in French oak barrels of first and second pass.
