| Vinification |
The grapes are gently destemmed and then cooled at 10 °C for 24 hours to enhance the aromatic profile. Maceration on the skins lasts about 15 days, with frequent pumping over. |
| Ageing |
Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to French oak barriques for 24 months. |
