Vallepicciola, in collaboration with Forget-Brimont, has created a special line of champagne to celebrate 35 years of activity. The brand P. Vallé is owned by Vallepicciola.

	Perlage The bubbles are fine and persistent.
	Colour Intense yellow with green veins.
	Bouquet The nose is complex and intense with hints of craie, white flowers and lime, typical of Chardonnay.
	Flavour In the mouth it is extremely elegant, notes of pain brioche, butter, exotic fruits, citrus and white flowers with a pastry finish. Great finesse with a vinous finish.

Pairing

A Champagne that goes well with the whole meal, with excellent pairings with seafood, oysters and caviar.
