||Calcareous soil of alluvial origin of Taburno subzone.
||Grapes are hand-picked in crates at the end of October, when fully ripe.
||Destemming is followed by fermentation and maceration under temperature control for 2 weeks. Extraction isi done by alternating délestage and pumping over, then the wien is racked, soft pressed and collected in a tank.
||It is immediately transferred to second-use barriques for malolactic fermentation, then racked into new barriques and lastly mid-sized casks for 12 months of wood ageing. The production finallys goes into steel tanks for further maturation, the bottled and stored in stacks for long maturation.
