	Perlage Fine and persistent perlage.
	Colour Golden yellow.
	Bouquet On the nose it is precise with the scent of blond tobacco, mint, eucalyptus, almond, pralines, linden tea.
	Flavour In the mouth it is balanced, with good structure with honey notes, excellent balance between acidity and structure. Hints of citrus fruits, in particular grapefruit.

Climate	The Monte Rossa hill is part of that crown of hills that closes Lake Iseo to the South with the beginning of the sub-alpine zone and separates it from the Po Valley area. The vineyards are located in the area where there is a pass of air currents that develop due to thermal exchange between the Po Valley and Lake Iseo.
Cultivation system	“Cordon Royat” at 70 cm from the floor.

Yield per hectare	8,500kg/h.
Harvest	On the vines by manual grap harvesting in boxes.
Vinification	Soft pressing of grapes selecting their best part for no more than 48% of yield. Each cru is vinified in purity. Fermentation: in oak barrels with a capacity of 250 litres between September and February.
Ageing	Minimum 42 months in bottle.
