Climate |
The climate is Mediterranean, characterized by low rainfall unevenly distributed throughout the year and concentrated almost entirely in the Autumn and Winter, frequent winds coming from Maestro, high temperatures in the Spring and Summer, mild in Autumn, ranging between cold dry and mild in Winter. |
Soil composition |
The soil is of a sandy and calcareous clay, rich in skeleton, structurally medium texture, the fair allocation of organic matter and sub-alkaline. E 'equipped with enough of the mineral elements that determine quality. |

Between late August and early September. |
Vinification |
The juice extracted by pressing soft fermented at 14-16 °C. After clarification and stabilization, the wine is aged about 4 months in stainless steel and at least 1 month in bottle. |
