The Isarco river, which flows into the Adige river near Bolzano, is one of its most famous tributaries and the valley it flows through is called "Valle dell'Isarco". Authors of antiquity call it "Isarcus" or "Isargus". Only Strabo does not call it Isarcus but "Atagis". |

Maceration with stems for 4 hours at 16 °C. Spontaneous fermentation. Malolactic fermentation not carried out. |

Ideal pairings include shrimps, lobster, liver pâté, soft cheeses, desserts, or simply alone as an aperitif. Also excellent vol Sushi! |
