Flavour
The taste is full with notes of ripe apple raised on a background of citrus and hazelnut. The Zero Dosage processing makes it blunt and clean in its complexity with a good acidulous vein. A fresh and lively wine, full and solid structure, with a very persistent finish, just like its very fine perlage.
To be drunk as an aperitif and a worthy actor in an important lunch, or simply for a special toast.
