||The ripe grapes are left in their skins for around 10-12 days. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 27-28 °C.
||After being removed from the skins, the wine is conserved in steel to complete its malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French and American oak barriques for 10 months.
||Pasta dishes with meat-based sauces, grilled meat (BBQ).
