	Perlage Fine and persistent perlage.
	Colour Straw yellow with nuances tending towards light golden.
	Bouquet Rich and generous, mineral, with an olfactory texture that then moves towards notes of fruit - even dried - and references to yeasts and bread crust.
	Flavour It has a very respectable entrance, with a characteristic citrus taste enriched by a savoury, fresh and fasciante verve. It closes with a finish with excellent persistence.
