La Plantze Ferox Sauvignon Blanc 2020
The deep affection for the Loire has led to the creation of this wine. The inspiration is evident and easily identifiable since Ferox aims to becoming a great Sauvignon. Henri’s idea is clear: to speak of one’s palate through this truly unusual wine, paying homage to a beloved land with a bottle of profound class.

Colour

Straw yellow with luminous golden reflections.

Bouquet

An opulent range of aromas that opens with banana and pineapple, then turns to yellow peach, candied citrus fruits, vegetal tones of boxwood and dried grass, yellow rose, lime and chamomile, with an almost salty finish, with buttery and sweet spicy hints.

Flavour

The fresh and inviting taste is very satisfying, with an evident sapidity that dissolves in the balsamic closure.

Pairing

Pike-perch and mango tartare.
