Bouquet

Pleasant the olfactory opening of a slightly immature fruit, recalling pineapple, yellow apple and pear, with floral notes (acacia / honeysuckle) that opens later with a complexity of small fruit notes (red currant and grape Spinach), spiced (pink and white pepper) and delicately citrine with a slight lime scent.

Flavour

On the palate it has a good structure and richness, supported by a pleasant long lasting acidic feeling, persistent, dominated by an optimal relationship between good sapidity and gentle softness. Aftertaste that begins with the return of fruity and honey-citrine notes of white / yellow flower with slight hints of spice.
