Flavour

The overall effect is discreet with a lot of finesse. On aeration, the aromatic palette evolves and strengthens. Good aromatic persistence. Pleasing purity on tasting with nice supple fleshiness. The finish has fine minerality and a touch of saline – making it very elegant.
