I Sabbioni Metodo Classico Sangiovese Dosaggio Zero 2018

There is an intimate link of saline and floral blood that unites "le liti bianche", our Sangiovese vinified in white, to the refined effervescence of its alter ego: a classic method "dosaggio zero" sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage.

Bouquet

The glass smells of sourdough, saline memories that become strongly brackish with oxygen.

Flavour

The taste is granitic, creamy and elegant, speaking the language of "blanc de noir", between persuasive tannins and vertical freshness.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif or throughout the meal with delicate and refined dishes.
