In this Rosso di Bolgheri, the youngest wine made by the company, historical varieties of the place are brought together, from the oldest Sangiovese to the varieties that made Bolgheri's 20th-century history. The care taken by our vine growers results in a harmonious, fruity and lively wine.

Bright purple red.

Bouquet

Ample and intense aroma, with a predominance of berries, especially blackberry and raspberry, and a light, pleasant spicy note.

Flavour

Good structure and persistence, crispy and lively, it reveals rich and balanced tannins.

Pairing

It pairs well with meat and game dishes cooked in various ways, including cured meats, savoury first courses and tomato-based sauces. It also pairs with pizza, and savoury, medium-aged cheeses.

History	Antillo means 'sunny place' and is well suited to the company's vineyards. This area, whose viticulture dates back to the Etruscans, is characterised by intense light, sea breezes and a climate mitigated by the proximity of the sea.
Origin	Castagneto Carducci (Livorno).
Climate	Mediterranean but refreshed by sea winds. In Summer, significant temperature changes occur between day and night.
Soil composition	Alluvial soil, porous, deep and with good pebble-gravel texture.
Vinification	Vinified without correctives or additives, which would alter the original characteristics of the grapes.
Ageing	About 12 months in wood, mainly in second and third passage barrels, on fine lees and in the bottle.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	It pairs well with meat and game dishes cooked in various ways, including cured meats, savoury first courses and tomato-based sauces. It also pairs with pizza, and savoury, medium-aged cheeses.
