Origin	The Lagrein vine is native to Alto Adige and grows throughout the Val d'Adige. The Pinot Noir and Schiava grapes are grown on the hillside vineyards of Cornaiano at an altitudes ranging from 450 to 500 m above sea level in well aired vineyards.
Soil composition	Sandy, warm and deep soils.
Yield per hectare	77 hl
Harvest	The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure on the grapes.
Vinification	After destemming and maceration of 12 hours, a part of the grapes are gently pressed. The remaining part comes from a juice extraction from high quality grapes.
Ageing	Aging in stainless steel tanks for 5 months.
Total acidity	5.80 gr/L
Residual sugars	3.80 gr/L
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Ideal with mediterranean cuisine, as an aperitif or paired with appetizers.
