||The grapes which are harvested only in using small wooden boxes, are brought into the winery as they are where they are pressed at 0,6 bar. The juice selected fermented totally by using only natural yeast in cement tanks and without controlled temperature.
||Then the wine stays in tank until 1 year. It is bottled unfiltered.
||Excellent with first and second courses of seafood, fresh cheeses and fish appetizers.
