Gabbas Cannonau di Sardegna Classico Dule 2016

Dule is produced from 100% Cannonau grapes, that came from one single vineyard. It is aged for 6 months in 60and 120 French oak gallon barrels and it is released 24 mounths after the harvest.
Full bodied, of multifaceded and complex flavours, it goes well with red meats and dishes with rich sauces. Serve at temperature of 18°C in ample wine godblet.

The scent of ripe cherries, jasmine tea, passion flower, on a balsamic and spicy background

Flavour

Velvety to the sip, it proceeds with lively freshness, pure, sharp. Proportionate and tight tannic cloth, with a smooth and noble character.

Giuseppe Gabbas is an attorney in Nuoro whose owns vineyards in the hills between Nuoro and Oliena. Assisted by Tuscan enologist Lorenzo Landi, his wines, all cannonau-based, are considered the most representative of the region.
