Ermacora Rosso Rîul 2019

A predominantly Merlot grape, blended with percentages of Refosco and Cabernet Sauvignon, ages for at least 24 months in small oak barrels. Excellent with red meat and game.

Colour

Deep ruby red.

Bouquet

It offers aromas of cherry and plum tart, fruit in alcohol and chocolate.

Flavour

It reveals a soft tannic charge, good alcohol content and great structure, harmoniously blending intense notes of baked apple, cocoa and tobacco.

Pairing

Very suitable for ageing, it is excellent with roe deer, wild boar and game.
