Obtained from Pinot Nero grapes grown in Piedmont’s unique Alta Langa wine country. Enrico Serafino’s top classic method sparkling wine spends 30 months maturing on the lees.

	Perlage Perlage minute and persistent.
	Colour Delicate and bright pink.
	Bouquet Complex nose, with notes of fruit, wild flowers, yeast and bread crust.
	Flavour It is rich, characterized by good acid voltage, long and mineral. Best expresses the characteristics of the grape and the terroir.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif, but also ideal as an accompaniment to the meal.
