Colour

Deep dark red, almost bloody, showing the maturity of the black fruit.

Bouquet

Black fruits, cherries and wild blackberries, mixed with spices, cinnamon and black pepper. Slightly smoky, roasted.

Flavour

Powerful and peppery, the tannins are supple, ripe and harmonious. Full and round with a tangy finish that brings finesse and lightness.
