Vinification	This wine is obtained by direct pressing. The decantation of the must is carried out naturally under the effect of the cold. Fermentation at 17-18°C. 1/3 of the production is vinified in barriques. Fermentation lasts between 12 and 18 days.
Ageing	Bottling is carried out from March.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Molluscs and crustaceans are ideal for appreciating their qualities.
