Colour

Deep straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet

Pleasant, with immediate fruity and floral notes of pineapple, white flowers, apple and a hint of acacia. It then evolves to notes of bread crust and honey, deriving from the ageing on the lees.

Good softness and defined freshness. A pleasant persistence that underlines the olfactory notes.
