Vinification The grapes are wholly picked by hand and vinified partly in whole bunches in the company's hillside premises, whose successive levels allow us to make maximum use of gravity to avoid using either pumps or conveyors for the grapes.
Ageing After pressing, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 7–9 months.
