Origin From the oldest vineyards of Castello Bonomi - 275 meters above sea level . The cuvée is produced exclusively in great vintages, in which the ripeness of the grapes reaches a balance that ensures longevity and perfect harmony.

Harvest In the second half of August, with meticulous selection of the bunches, a savory wine with a great structure of extreme elegance.
Vinification Soft pressing on the must with cold vinification. First fermentation and after 8 months on the lees, it is ready for the assembly and the sparkling. A very long ageing of 70 months on the leess before disgorgement. After it stays for a further long period in order to achieve perfect harmony.
