Deep lively purple red with violet reflections.

Bouquet

Very intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as black cherry, blackberries and plums, spicy aftertaste with leather notes and hints of vanilla and chocolate.

Flavour

Warm, full-body and very fruity, rich and enfolding on the palate, with soft tannins and fruity finish.

Vinification	The three grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steels in contact with its own skins at about 26°-28°C for about 20 days. In January, the last part of the Montepulciano grape (the one that undergo a drying process) is fermented.
Ageing	After this last fermentation we blend the wine masses together and we refine them in French barriques for about 18 months before bottling.

Pairing	Perfect with a big veal steak, game and braised meat, strong mature cheeses.
