Harvest |
By hand, then the whole clusters are pressed in the winery. |
Vinification |
The grapes are cooled before being put into barrels, of which 50% are new French oak. A natural fermentation follows, followed by malolactic fermentation. |
Ageing |
The wine is racked, refined, and lightly filtered before being bottled 11 months after harvest. |
