Boizel Champagne Brut Reserve Magnum

This cuvée wine is obtained from a precise blend of the three Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay - floral bouquet and pure elegance, Pinot Noir - finesse and structure - as well as Pinot Meunier - fruity, fine and soft.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Bright straw gold.
	Bouquet The expressive, fine and fresh nose opens with floral notes of hawthorn followed by a fruity framework with notes of white peach, apricot, hints of citrus and brioche.
	Flavour Its texture is seductive, fresh and round and well-balanced. The first aromas are magnified, joined by intense notes of pear compote and acacia honey. The final is rich with lovely persistence.

Pairing

Wonderful as an aperitif, but equally delicious with seafood and grilled fish.
