The Chassagne Montrachet appellation is located in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune and produces mainly white wines. |

Clayey-limestone, rich in iron. |
| Vinification |
The grapes are pressed immediately after arrival in the vat room without prior crushing. After soft pressing and gentle settling, the must is put directly into the barrels. |
| Ageing |
Aged for 16 months, 12 of which in different types of barrels, the most common being the traditional 228-litre Burgundian barrels, of which 20% in new wood. |
| Pairing |
It goes well with fish, especially salmon, or white meat in sauce, such as poultry and veal. |
