Climate Exposure: West plots In Meaño village. North west polt in Ribadumia village. Southwest plot in Meis village.
Soil composition Granitic, sandy soils.
Vinification Clusters selected by hand in the vineyards. Quickly transported to the winery in 15 kg crates. The grapes were not destemmed before going into a pneumatic press for a low pressure pressing. Fermented ,without static settling, with its own yeasts at a controlled temperature and without the use of any additional product apart from sulphur.
Ageing Batonage weekly for 3 months and aging on its lees for 6 months until bottling. Bottling tartaric stabilization by cold, without clarification, filtered and sulfurous in moderate doses.
