Gambrinus

A company, that of Gambrinus, in San Polo di Piave, which works well and manages to put tradition and personality into its wines. The intent is, in fact, to respect, on the one hand, the winemaking history of the area, and on the other, to carry it forward and characterize it through the modern technologies present in the cellar. The result is original wines, faithful imprint of the terroir and cultivated varieties, almost exclusively traditional. In this way we are convinced by the work carried out by Gianmaria Zanotto who, with his sampling and a satisfactory quality level of performance, shows us how fundamental it is to allocate each grape variety in the soil that best suits it.

Another good performance for Raboso Adriano, which confirms itself at the top of the tasting battery, composed of well measured wines, able to offer to the nose and palate a cross-section of territoriality typical of the Veneto region, without neglecting the international presence that introduces usable and harmonious wines even if drunk at an early age.
