G.C. Spirits Gin Neve
Neve is a mountain gin, with a scent of alpine woods. Clean and balsamic, with tones of resin and aromatic roots, bark, Mugo Pine and Dolomite rocks. It has a balsamic streak and lends itself very well to being mixed with Bitter. Perfect in many versions of Negroni, it finds however its best expression in Gin & Tonic of great character with a peculiar note of pine.
