Fernet, a traditionally Italian liqueur made from infusions of gentian, aloe vera, myrrh, chamomile, cardamom, rhubarb and many other spices, produced according to the ancient recipe of Cavalier Quaglia. It has an alcoholic and bold strength but not overwhelming.
