The house is located in the heart of southwestern France, in the center of a triangle formed by Bordeaux, Pau and Toulouse.
Our eaux-de-vie are aged in oak barrels from 200 liters to 400 liters. Thanks to the burning of the pieces and the tannin of the wood, unsuspected aromas are revealed and explode after maturation.
