Day after day the careful observation of the cycle of nature allows us to study the way in which the earth, season after season, transforms itself and then regenerates and transforms itself again. Our task is to identify the right moment in which to intervene, distinguishing the first from the after and establishing the identity of time. Our respect and passion for the land have led us to adopt an organic model, attentive to environmental sustainability, and to love the authenticity of two great native Piedmontese grape varieties, Barbera and Timorasso, enhancing their primary characteristics within the most suitable territories. In our wines we constantly search for the essential, following their natural evolution and limiting any intervention in the cellar to a minimum. All this in the best Italian artisan tradition. The aim is to make our products unique, as unique are the conditions that gave birth to them.
