Description
Still red, Venezia Giulia IGT, 13% ABV, produced by Volpe Pasini. Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Cabernet Sauvignon from the Colli Orientali del Friuli estate, with a history dating back to 1596. Vinified in stainless steel and aged in bottle. Over time, it loses any herbaceous notes, refines, becomes elegant, and highlights tend toward amber; the complex bouquet becomes engaging. Intense ruby red, especially when the grapes are macerated for a long time. The acidity is initially strong and it is rich in tannins.
