Description
colore rosso rubino tenue. Al naso si presenta con profumi intensi e originali: dominano le note di pepe bianco, fragola selvatica, ciliegia, rosa e viola, con cenni erbacei e agrumati. Piccante e floreale, elegante e riconoscibile, al palato spicca per freschezza, equilibrio e vocazione gastronomica. Trama tannica fine e bassa alcolicità contribuiscono a rendere il vino di ottima beva. Il finale e lungo e speziato, con ritorni pepati e fruttati. Si consiglia una temperatura di servizio intorno ai 14°C.
