Still white wine from Etna, 12.5% ABV, produced by Cantine Tornatore. 100% Carricante, 2024 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance of the Etna terroir, with a savory freshness that blends with an extraordinary minerality. The grapes, harvested by hand, are carefully vinified to preserve the aromas and flavors of the variety. Aged for 4 to 6 months in stainless steel and cement vats. Pale straw yellow with intense greenish reflections. Pleasant aromas of green apple, grapefruit, white peach, and aromatic herbs.

| Harvest | 2nd decade of October. The grapes, harvested by hand in small crates, are brought quickly to the winery and undergo manual selection on a belt. |
| Wine making | De-stemmed and lightly crushed, they arrive at the press where they are softly pressed. The must obtained is cold clarified and fermented at a temperature of 15/16 °C. After fermentation, the wine obtained rests on the fine lees for about 3 months. |
