Description
Still white wine from the Loire, produced by Thierry Germain, 12.5% ABV, 100% Chenin Blanc, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Thierry Germain, a native of Bordeaux, who cultivates his vineyards with great passion and professionalism. Harvest: Hand-picked into crates. Alcoholic fermentation in 12 hl Stoeckinger vats, pneumatic pressing for 4 hours, natural temperature of 12.8°C, fermentation time: 4 months. Aged on fine lees for 9 months. Bright, almost crystalline straw yellow. Fresh, generous, and powerful, it reveals subtle fruity aromas, followed by aromas of white-fleshed fruit (pear, peach) and citrus (lemon, grapefruit, etc.). Elegant, refined, and wonderfully defined on the palate, where freshness and acidity intertwine until a soft and very long finish.
