A slightly dried Syrah from the Belice Valley in Sicily, where history and culture merge with a passion for wine. The grapes, harvested at perfect ripeness, dry in the drying room for approximately 20-30 days. Aged for 12 months in French oak barriques. A blend of notes of freshly picked sweet red fruits, plums, cherries preserved in alcohol, and vanilla. Intense red with bright and complex purple hues. Austere yet offering a sumptuous and intriguingly fragrant finish.

The latter is used both as a varietal and in blends for Ludovico, a wine dedicated to Ludovico Corrao and the flagship of the winery. |
