Description
Sirch Azienda Agricola's Ribolla Gialla 2024, a still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 12.5% ABV. A wine that expresses the minerality and freshness of the native grape, with delicate aromas of white flowers, wisteria, lime, and citrus. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, and aging on the lees for 4-6 months with frequent stirring. On the palate, it is minerally and fruity, with hints of pulpy and crisp fruit, never overly rounded or overpowering. Ideal with cold appetizers with a tart lemon sauce, soups, creamy soups, vegetable-based pasta dishes, and sautéed fish dishes.
