Description
Still white wine from Sardinia, 13.5% ABV, produced by Sella & Mosca. 100% Vermentino. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Vermentino that embodies the essence of Sardinia, with an elegance that captivates from the first sip. Soft pressing; cold static decantation; fermentation in stainless steel at 18°C; a small portion undergoes a brief stint in low-toast barriques. Brief bottle aging. A rich and complex wine, it offers sensations of white flowers and exotic fruits, white almonds, and anise. Full-bodied yet graceful on the palate, with a crisp, savory, marine, and sunny finish.
