Description
Still organic red wine from Emilia-Romagna, 15% ABV, produced by San Valentino Azienda Agricola. 100% Cabernet Franc. 2019 vintage. Biodynamic farming techniques, according to the guidance of renowned agronomist Michel Barbaud, enhance the varietal's characteristics. Natural fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in barriques for 18-20 months. The aroma is characterized by red fruit, with ripe berries and hints of tobacco and black pepper. The color is ruby red. Full-bodied, rounded, and well-balanced on the palate, with gentle tannins consistent with the nose, and a long finish.
